Dr. Tzvi Krupka trained in the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery at New York Medical College, across two hospitals and through rotations in anesthesia, general surgery and critical care. He brings a calm, unhurried approach to every patient.
Dr. Krupka earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Lander College of Arts and Sciences, Touro College, in Flushing, New York, then his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore.
He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery through New York Medical College, training at Westchester Medical Center and Metropolitan Hospital Center.
His surgical training covered dentoalveolar surgery, full-mouth rehabilitation, orthognathic surgery, and craniomaxillofacial trauma.
Residency also took him outside the operating room: five months in general and pediatric anesthesia, four months in general surgery and the surgical intensive care unit, and two months in internal medicine. It is the part of the training patients never see, and the reason a surgeon can read how someone is doing before they say anything.
